Your anonymity will be respected when you call or write to us.
If speaking personally to an Al-Anon volunteer, you may not be asked for your name, phone number or address. But, if your call goes to a message service or voice mail system, you might be asked to leave your name , a phone number and sometimes your address. This allows an Al-Anon volunteer to return your call and help you find that first meeting or to mail a schedule of meetings to you. Al-Anon volunteers do not mention alcoholism, Al-Anon or Alateen on the outside of mailing envelopes or in a phone message left for you. Getting in Touch with Al-Anon / Alateen For Friends and Families of Problem Drinkers You can reach us by mail at: New York South Assembly Area P.O. Box 30 Radio City Station New York, NY 10101 |
